¡VOLVIERON LOS TAZOS! 👾✨Hi everyone! I wanted to share my latest 2D animation project. This is a complete pixel art remake/tribute of the legendary Pokérap, but with a special twist: every single one of the 151 Gen 1 Pokémon has been redesigned frame by frame to look like a retro plastic "Tazo" (POG).This project was born out of pure nostalgia for the late 90s/early 2000s schoolyard days.📦 GET YOUR OWN PHYSICAL SET! Yes, these are real! I am manufacturing and selling the physical collection of all 151 Pokémon Tazos featured in this video. They come in high-quality prints, perfect for collectors. POKERAP DE POKEMOM

A psychological horror short about the monsters in our heads.

What does your anxiety look like? This is the official teaser for LATCHERS, an indie 2D psychological horror project. The story follows a student who drifts into "The Vivid": a space where our heaviest internal burdens manifest as physical parasites. Every single shot in this teaser was done solo and frame by frame. I used traditional 2D animation to capture a specific type of heavy, sluggish movement that reflects mental exhaustion and burnout. Most of the dream state visuals were inspired by old glitch art and retro tech aesthetics to keep the atmosphere as unsettling as possible. However, with little time left, I decided to release it like this, thinking, "Oh well, it'll be fine as it is, at least they put in the effort." I hope you like this video. Antisocial is a handcrafted stop-motion animated music video created over seven years.

ANTISOCIAL is a fully handmade, non-commercial stop-motion short film and animated music video created in Gera, Thuringia, Germany. Created by Studio RE-ANIMA-TRO for the German death-metal-punk band Pedagogic Torment. The entire project was produced independently by one person over the course of seven years — from designing and building puppets and miniature sets to frame-by-frame animation, photography and final post-production. No studio system. No external funding. No shortcuts. More than 6,000 individual frames were created using traditional stop-motion techniques, handcrafted puppets, practical effects and physical materials. There is no spoken dialogue and no subtitles. The film relies purely on visual storytelling, movement and music. Rough textures, handmade surfaces and visible imperfections are intentional and part of the artistic language of the film. ANTISOCIAL explores themes of isolation, resistance and absurd inner conflict through a surreal and darkly humorous story. Instead of explaining everything, the film focuses on atmosphere, movement and interpretation. The soundtrack was written and performed by Pedagogic Torment and acts as the backbone of the project — somewhere between an animated music video and a narrative short film. Since 2024, ANTISOCIAL has been screened internationally at 100+ film festivals across 32 countries and six continents, receiving 29 awards and distinctions. Selected recognition includes:- Winner – Best Story (FEEDBACK Animation Film & Screenplay Festival, USA)- Winner – Best Animated Short Film (FECIS – Salto Independent Film Festival, Uruguay)- Winner – Best Music Video (Mannheim Arts and Film Festival, Germany)- Winner – Best Stop Motion Animation (UK Film Awards)- Winner – Best Animated Film (Global INDIE Filmmaker Awards, United Kingdom)- Winner – Best International Music Video (Zepstone International Film & Music Festival, USA) This project exists because stop-motion is slow, physical and handmade — and because some stories only work when they are built one frame at a time. Music by Armin Jusuframić, performed 2025, https://arminjmusic.com/Thank you so much for this fantastic dark ambient reinterpretation! The original version of this comic-animatic was drafted around 2010. Dead Space was the game that motivated me to buy my first proper gaming computer back in the 2010s.Back then, during a gaming party with some friends, one of them introduced us to Dead Space which he played in his Xbox 360. I was Blown away. I was unaware of the advancements in horror gaming and loved the immersive environment and creature designs. So I started saving for both a custom gaming computer from a small PC building business(a Rig which would also serve me for art and design) and a physical copy at an Office Depot (I didn't know of Steam until the sequel came out). While I was setting apart the money to buy my gaming rig, thanks to the immense hype and anticipation I started drawing the original version of this comic. This scenario was drawn thanks to the lore that my friend who owned the game at the time, told us while he was playing, and I also listened to the lullaby posted here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpYz4EQVo1w&list=RDbpYz4EQVo1w&start_radio=1, Something to note is that, prior to drafting the original version I didn't see the marketing trailer, I didn't watch other gameplays or youtube videos, I didn't check the Wikia, and the character references for drawing were scarce on the internet. As you see that version was left incomplete. I was lacking some art skills, and the figures and books from the game were not very available in my country until much, much later. I got my PC and my game and forgot about it for a long while. I picked up this fan art piece, after many years as it was a fun exercise in graphic narrative, and now I learned a bit of extra skills to properly finish comics. For the storytelling, I took inspiration from the Lullaby and used the lyrics as symbolisms to narrate the sequence within these pages. This is the tought process and break-down of the panels you see: Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star (glowing eyes)How I wonder what you are (a lifeform, a necromorph)Up above the world so high (necromorph falls from the ceiling)Like a diamond in the sky (Necromorph's glowing eye+ The Miner looking up)When the blazing sun is gone, (Sun=Miner's life)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Miner's death)Then you show your little light (Little light=Infector's Proboscis, sign of reincarnation/life, tunnel of light while dying or near death)Twinkle, twinkle, all the night. (All the night=Time Passing, transformation ongoing, preparing to return to life as a new form) Then the traveler in the dark, (Isaac)Thanks you for your little spark, (living monster=uncleared area )He could not see which way to go, (path unexplored, exit level is near)If you did not twinkle so. (if Isaac didn't find a living Necromorph) When the blazing sun is gone, (Marker blocks sunlight)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Marker is the source of the nightmare)Though I know not what you are, (the necromorph looming behind)Twinkle, twinkle, little star. (necromorph glowing eyes, little star= a lifeform) I haven't checked newest sources or lore expansion to see if what I "saw" in the lyrics was accurate to the story's representation XD. But still, wanted to finish this. Thanks so much for watching! I hope to get/play the reboot and buy its artbook soon!

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Made with Watercolor and Ink pens. Short animation I plan on using for a separate project.

Animation I made for a possible clip montage I'm making. Since this took an insane amount of time to make and a lot of my sanity, I wanted to upload this individually. Each frame was hand painted and then photographed. This is the first time I extensively used watercolor, and it was really fun to see how it interacts with the ink. When I was making this I was actually inspired by the short film "Living with an Idiot", that I saw at the Ottawa animation festival this year.

Abrams punches the shit out of Drifter, but it's pretty.

Game DescriptionCurrent Sinestrah: Labyrinth of Sins is a prototype of a turn-based tactical roguelite with a strong adult erotic theme. In essence, you take control of a champion (like Rena, Ariasha, or Ofelia) and dive into a procedurally generated labyrinth. Your goal is to explore, survive, and grow stronger. The gameplay focuses on:Dungeon ExplorationMove through a 2D map, discovering rooms, corridors, treasures, traps (like the spiderwebs we just added), and special events.Turn-Based Tactical CombatWhen you encounter an enemy, the game shifts into combat mode. It’s not just about brute force—combat revolves around two core resources:

Excitement (EXC): Works like the main “damage” type. When a character’s excitement reaches the limit, they climax, lose a “heart” (health), and their morale takes a hit.

Morale (MOR): Represents determination. If morale drops to zero, the character enters a “Submission” state and becomes vulnerable.

Eromancy & Goddess SystemBesides physical attacks, you can use Eromancy—erotic magic fueled by elemental energies (Lust, Love, Passion, etc.).You can also choose a patron goddess, earn her favor, and gain blessings that shape your run.Combat isn’t focused solely on violence—it’s about domination, seduction, and erotic power dynamics between characters. Current State of the ProjectThe game is in an advanced, fully playable prototype stage. The core gameplay loop is implemented and working:✔ Dungeon GeneratorThe current system creates complete levels with rooms, hallways, doors, and a coherent layout of events (start room, boss, treasure rooms, shops, altars, etc.).✔ Combat SystemThe turn-based mechanics are solid. Excitement, Morale, attacks, and basic eromancies are implemented. There are already several enemies (Slime Girl, Little Demon, Bunny Warrior), each with unique abilities and dialogue.✔ Character ProgressionYou can level up, assign stat points, and manage a full inventory with drag-and-drop equipment for weapons, armor, and accessories.✔ Basic ContentInitial consumables, gear, treasure chests, shops, and goddess altars are all included. In short, the core foundation is firmly established. Right now the focus is polishing the existing mechanics and, most importantly, adding more content. Future PlansThe goal is to expand this prototype into a full, replayable roguelite experience. The main plans are:Massive Content Expansion

More Enemies: A wide variety of creatures with unique mechanics, dialogues, and abilities.

More Items & Gear: Hundreds of new weapons, armor pieces, and accessories with special effects and passives that allow different playstyles.

New Rooms & Events: More room types, puzzles, traps, and special encounters to keep each run unpredictable.

Floor Bosses: Unique bosses for each level of the labyrinth, with multi-phase battles and complex attack patterns.

Deeper Game Systems

Advanced Eromancy: A crafting-style system where players can combine elemental essences to discover new spells, making magic more dynamic and experimental.

Goddess Interaction: A deeper favor system with quests, more impactful blessings, and possibly curses if you anger them.

Narrative & Dialogue: Expand the lore of the Labyrinth and its champions. Add more combat dialogue options that can influence battles in unexpected ways.

Polish & Quality of Life

Audio: Original soundtrack and sound effects for actions, attacks, and UI.

Animations & VFX: Enhanced animations and more visual effects to make combat feel more dynamic and impressive.

Save System: Add the ability to save the game and continue later.

Well, as you can see, the game is still in its early stages... so your help with advice, mechanics, and ideas will be greatly appreciated in order to move forward in the best possible direction.I want to clarify that Ariasha's illustration differs from the champion selection because the design was different before. I have to redo her portrait image. Thanks!

Crimson Awakening Reanimated

Nybal voices his concern for the future to Cyran under their new leader, Rastor.

Been on an original charcater content kick lately. There's no vocal lines in this animation. This is what i've been working on all June. Characters: https://toyhou.se/mansa1212/characters/folder:4517993If you do want to know the story basically:Rastor (Old goat man) is the leader of the town and Nybal (green main character) is the choosen guardian. The island they live on is kept healthy and alive by the crystal core of the world. Crystals in my world are powerful sources of energy that can be absored, distributed or used to destory even the most powerful of deities. Rastor for decades had been planning to take the crystals for himself, by doing that it can kill all of the island's life, but would make him one of the most powerful beings to exist. Nybal as the guardian is the only person on the island who can communicate with the other crystal guardian and visit the heart of the island's cavern through a physical and mental state. Due to the status of both, Nybal must obey Rastor's commands to protect their town and the people of the island. Nybal was tricked by Rastor, he had a tenebrous crystal which he used to suck out the darkness/shadow out of Nybal. Creating a new shadow enitity of Nybal known as Labyn (purple dude). Because it is still technially him, the role of guardian still belongs to even that of Labyn. Rastor uses Labyn against his will to enter the heart of the island and the danger of this plan had Nybal alert Cyran (the deer guardian). The rest of it is more symbolic than literal, but yeah.Oh yeah btw because Labyn is Nybal's shadow the only way to kill him is to kill Nybal. Note: Tenebrous are ancient creatures created by the darkness in their hearts, if someone experiences uncontrollable amounts of negative emotions to where it eventually engulf the person then they turn into a pure being of darkness knonw as a tenebrous. Mainly characterized by black eyes, spikes, dull or grey colors, impulsive behavior, void of light, uncontrolable anger. These creatures live in misery and constant emotional pain if not reformed. Tenebrous and their opposing speices Luminous each had their own kinds of crystals.

Funny red man looks worried and does stuff

Hey guys, so essentially for a sort of elective class I wanted to do, I actually decided to partake a cool looking animation class, with the final project in mind being a 1 minute (or as close as you can to 1 minute lol) animation that uses more then one form of animation (in my case it was a mix of 2D, my favourite and preferred style, stop motion and live action stuff). This took me about like a month of on/off work and two weeks of pretty intense work to complete and whilst I think that the pacing of the animation can be improved upon, with some parts feeling quite rushes, it had to fit the roughly 1 minute time limit and if I gave it any more breathing room I probably would have been marked down for it lol. I feel like in general I'm pretty happy with the results, 2D stuff is stylised well and some part look quite nice, particularly the 2D stuff in the cave. However, by the end I was kind of in a mad dash to complete it by the deadlines so some of the end character 2D and stop motion bit could have been improved upon. Regardless, I still wanted to upload it as is just cause I think its an important lesson that I guess not everything that I make can be endless tinkered at and at some point I just gotta move past, say fuck it and upload it lmao (even though with more personal projects I may not follow this philosophy since I don't have an enforced deadline). Anyways, whilst I sort of just used my upcoming game that will hopefully release in the next 100 years, Alonomoly, as a framework for characters, tone and aesthetics, I think that its pretty thematically compatible with what I want the tone of the final game to be like and could potentially use this as a base to make an intro FMV cutscene lol. Also yeah, that last quote was made by me after listening to TPAB for the first time and falling in love with the album, hope it resonates with some of y'all since I think its a nice bowtie on the general themes of Alonomoly. So yeah that's just about it, might update the description for this with any further notes if I think of anything, but if you are reading this, thank you so much for taking an interest in my stuff and actually being bother to read descriptions, its a thing that people just don't do nowadays, so yeah thanks for putting in the work dawg lol. Uhhh... yeah enjoy, more art soon, more animation soon and I'll officially start my game dev journey next year, so more stuff coming, unless I die or a solar flare strikes the earth and electricity is just completely gone for like a couple months, and if that is the case, I'll have a physical billboard where I'll pin up photo copied versions of my art, give it a gander if you care. Anyways, I've yapped on long enough. Peace! ^w^ ADDITIONAL NOTES:- Also the animation specially said it had to be rendered in 1080p, so that why its only 1080 and not 1440 or even 4K like I'd do otherwise lol. Alonomoly: The Genesis - A Mixed Media Animation

Charlotte's unknowingly been Marion's puppet for a while. Marion's Gift "Puppetry" is a powerful and versatile one. It allows her to "pull someone's strings" both metaphorically and literally. Once they attach to you, you have like a split second or two to fight back before you feel your mind yanked away. If you fail, it's game over and you are a nice obedient puppet for however long she wants. Her strings aren't limited by length either, once they attach to you, she can control you from the other side of the city. She also can make them invisible; individuals who are sensitive to magical abilities can sometimes still see them, and they may choose to follow the strings back to her. They are also able to be cut, but you'd still have to be in control of your mind to even attempt that. Marion likes to collect interesting people, mainly for use in her stage plays. She keeps a few puppets nearby, stored in her theater in one of the break rooms, tied up and docile. She doesn't really need to worry about feeding her puppets, once the strings are attached, their physical needs are taken care of magically. This does cause Marion to eat more than the average person since she herself is the source of magic. She has full control of her puppets and can overwrite any part of them. She also can give them tasks that they will follow to the best of their ability, it's useful for cleaning, and for backup dancers. Controlling 12 people directly at the same time to do a dance number just isn't worth the headache. She also has a few puppets walking around the city, living everyday lives, utterly oblivious to their new puppet status. She keeps them living their lives for a bit so she can figure out if it's worth keeping them nearby 24/7 because it's trouble more when people go looking for them. But yeah, once you become a puppet if she tells you to forget her and go live life normally, you have no choice but to obey. And with a flick of the wrist, she can yank your mind back into her control once she needs you. It is possible to break out of her control but that requires a strong will and a spark of resistance, usually from an outside source. Fire works wonders tho.

First day on the job? Dealing with the mob? At least your boss isn't a slob.

@PukeBomb presents their short film debut...EVERYTHING MUST GOJack Brandt, an unemployed early 30s “bachelor,” is putting in a whopping 56% effort to land any possible position he can get his grubby fingers on. Although he leaves room for improvement, Jack meanders his way across town searching for jobs before stumbling over his own unlaced shoes and a “helpe wontid” sign in front of a dilapidated store front. Haphazardly shuffling inside, Jack was not ready for the marvelous misadventures on which he was soon to embark. Following a series of inexplicable sounds, Jack encounters what one can only describe as the physical embodiment of rotting meat and left-on-the-counter cream cheese, Mark Pimento. He's the kind of guy that could possibly be working for the mob whilst also predicting your future. You know that one uncle of yours that shows up with a stained shirt and unkempt hair right at the most in-opportune time for a "quick visit?" Yeah, that's Mark. Unreasonably sweaty, oozing a questionable fragrance of fast food delicacies, this mythical “salesman” offers countless wares to his loyal, yet displaced customers. Marky Mark acts as the CEO of Pimento Planet™, a thrift-like store that offers luxury washing machine alcoves, -568.56 °R circumscribed cooling, ancient antiquities, and edible arrangements such as off-brand ice pops. Do me a favor: think of one item you definitely do not need right now, nor will you ever require said item. Okay, you good? Yeah, Pimento Planet™ has 40 of them in stock. Our love-able, wide-mouthed dope of a shopkeeper proudly represents a long line of Pimentos before him, continuing their seemingly endless hoarding legacies. Not all is well, however, as Mark is having it "up-to-here" in dealing with expectations from his "sponsors," the nefarious Maf-AI. Perhaps a break from this endless cycle of trash is in the midst. The Maf-AI are a rough-and-rowdy rag-tag group of artificially intelligent mobsters viciously scaling the chain of power to soon control all facets of our earthly plain. As their leader is VERY displeased with Mark's recent transgressions, a gaggle of their top goons are contracted to target Mark in the hopes of clearing their path towards destruction. Unfortunately for Mark, he's a bit busy giving an expansive tour of the Pimento Planet™ facility to realize what his "future" holds. Many questions still remain. Who is Psychic Bob? Why haven't I heard of that unreleased vinyl record? Who needs that many socks? But, most importantly: Will Mark slip further into his biologically destined downward spiral, or burst out from the flames of failure? Oh, and whose dog is that? 2nd Place Winner in Live Action Jam 2023 CASTMark Pimento - Graeme Barrett (AudioOpera)Jack Brandt - DNSLMafAI Boss - Nick SennyMafAI Goons - VoicesByCorey / JoshDytonVO / Nick SennyNews Anchor - NattosumiMeatloaf - Cyclone BreitmayerJeremy Clarkson - NattosumiRichard Hammond - Nick SennyJerry Socks - Bro-sonPsychic Bob Voice - Nick SennyLive Action Psychic Bob - Bro-sonMark Pimento’s Sultry Mouth - Nick SennyLive Action Mark Pimento - Nick Rahm / Hayden GrahamLive Action Jack Brandt - Nick Senny ANIMATIONPimento Animation - Nick SennyJack Animation - NattosumiTop Gear Animation - SepticSebiJerry Socks Animation - Bro-son3D Animation - Bro-son BACKGROUNDSNick SennyNattosumi EDITING / SOUND DESIGNNick Senny MUSIC"Dispose Me" - BUFFOUT"Road Rage Symphony" - Cyclone Breitmayer"Bad Whether - Green Sky Mix" - Nobey One"Fantajoyeux" - Pillowinde FOOTAGELive Action Jack Brandt - Nick SennyLive Action Mark Pimento - Nattosumi / Bro-sonPsychic Bob - Bro-sonMark V Vehicle - autoalfred In Loving Memory of Meatloaf & Dixie You can support PukeBomb on Patreon to become a "PukePatron" or "PukePal."We supply behind the scenes images / videos / concepts / updates of our works in progress. The "PukePatron" tier gets you the above posts and a thank you in the video description, but update to be a "PukePal" and be forever etched in history within the actual video's credits.
