I remember I was having a ton of issues with spacing and timing at the end there.

Just one of 4 trying to work on doing more shorter aniamtions to make me feel better.

I'm still working on timing, If anyone has a tip on how to time subtitles I would greatly appreciate that!

Scene_1 Baby

This is animated last year during New Years with old designs and with shitty timing. Since I have procreate now, Ill probably remake this one as well

TMNT INTRO REANIMATED

My Heavenly. Your aerials. We could make beautiful busters together.

These are our government officials dawg 😭😭😭 First time animating. Like. EVER. Strained my hand 'cuz of it so I wasn't bothered to fix the timing GG. made in Toonsquid on iOS Swapped the original song out for another equally as fire track (thanks mr. fulp), go check out the song linked :-)

The Striver's New Groove

Four adventurers brave the lands of the kingdom of Danelaw in search of beasts to slay!

This is a short animation I made to hype the members of my college's D&D club for an upcoming campaign we're hosting! I made this in Openshot, dragging assets in the little timeline and adding fade in transitions all over the place. A good exercise, but a very tiring one. I wanted to make it a whole two minutes but it just became too daunting of a task. DANELAW - Intro

After dying, a cat must get used to the peculiarities of existing without a body.

The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat is an animated short that I wrote, animated, and scored between December 2022 and April 2023. It was my first experience making a 2D animated short, so it was a cascade of challenges that turned into countless learning experiences.I made the animation using Krita. Hours and hours of drawing, erasing, and drawing all over again. I had already composed the music long before, but I arranged it specifically for this short, trying to understand the logic of timing and repetition in animation, using LMMS.I was lucky enough to have some great ghostly friends—José Haidar, Marcelo Cáceres, Agustina Conti, and Daniela Barrionuevo—lend their voices to the narration and characters.I hope you enjoy The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat! Beyond the joy of bringing this project to life, this short film allowed me to connect with incredible people from the world of animation, mainly through its participation in film festivals. In October 2023, The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat was screened at FAN – Festival Audiovisual de Neuquén (Argentina), as part of the Official Selection of National Animated Shorts. In December 2023, it was also part of the Official Selection of Animated Shorts at AnimaVerso Festival, held in Florianópolis (Brazil). In January 2024, it was screened in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) as part of EDO 2024, and in May of the same year, it was screened at Anima Latina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.I never imagined the cat would get to visit so many places. The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat (La Sorprendente Historia del Gato Fantasma)

Porn pov featuring a raptor in maid costume

"Here's your key sir. Please follow our maid raptor over there, she will lead you to your room. Have a nice stay in the park."I took my room keycard from the receptionist and looked toward the elevator. There was an actual raptor right there, in the flesh! I already saw a tons of videos, commercials and documentary about the park and their dinosaurs, but man! Watching them with my own eyes instead of through a screen, this is a dream comes true! If I didn't win that ticket, I could never afford to come here!Maid raptor wasn't just a figure of speech, the creature was litterally a raptor wearing a maid outfit. I knew the park made a great effort at taming the dinosaur, making great progress at communicating with them, creating their own little intelligent society, but I never would have thought they reached a point they would understand the very concept of job, or at least service. The raptor maid looked at me, and I couldn't help but shiver, seeing her piercing predatory eyes starring to mine. One can only feel humble by that first look, an old prey feeling. She made a head gesture with a soft growl, obviously inviting me to follow her. I took my luggage and walked to her. She looked down and up on me, and I think she actually smiled but I may be wrong... We entered the elevator together. She checked on my keycard and pressed the right floor button with her snout. I was alone in a tight elevator with an actual breathing raptor aside of me. My heart was rushing. The situation felt both scary and exciting. I couldn't help but stare at this maid raptor. Her elegant shape, her razor sharp claws... her powerful legs... her exciting scent? I'm not exagerating, a scent of hormones was spreading in the air, it was hard not to understand the girl was in heat. She must be impatient of going back to her male I imagined. She turned to me with shining eyes, and purred slowly."Uhm, hey! I know you must hear that everyday... but I'm a big fan! Meeting you is an honor!".She growled happily. Maybe she was trained to do so, but to me, it meant the world. She approached her head to my hand and gave it a lick. An actual raptor just gave me an affectuous lick, what else could I ask for! I was so excited, I started petting her, until I realized she's cleverer than she looked like. I withdrew my hand."S...Sorry... that was rude of me, I..."She growled again, but this time she started rubbing her head on my belly, almost on my crotch. Now I was taken aback. The scent in the air was strong, being alone with this powerful beast in a tight elevator and my secret sexual attraction to the raptors gave me a rush. I was hard as hell. She starts smelling me. Oh god, she will understand how horny I am, she can tear me apart so easily for that. But she purred slowly... almost sensually... was I dreaming all that?*DING*The elevator's doors opened. End of the line. "Uhm... there we are, right?". The maid raptor shook her head, and started walking down the corridor, geturing for me to follow her. Seeing her walk, I could see her rump balancing, her tail waving in the air, high enough to see that small opening at the base of it, her cloaca. Horny as I was, my mind started wandering, I couldn't help but wonder how she felt... from her insides... how getting closer to her could be like...mating with her, or at least pretending we were, just for the pleasure of it... I tried to drive these thoughts from my mind. That was literally my first time encountering an actual raptor, and I already thought about having sex with her. I felt ashamed... then again, she started it right? Whatever, I should really control myself. We reached my room. "Thanks... and uhm... sorry about... the elevator..."She pushed me on my door, used her hands to block me, put a paw on the wall on my side, and growl right at my face. My first thought was "I screwed up, and now I'll pay the price of my depravity". But she stopped the growling, and started licking my face. No more mixed-signal, she was having her way with me. I started caressing her head, and open my mouth so I could lick her tong back. She growled in pleasure. She was waiting for it since the beginning. We sort of "kiss" for a little moment. She then started to move slowly down... down... down... I suddendly realized where we were."Right... right now? In the middle of this corridor? Shouldn't we move... inside?" She gave me a pleading look. Obviously she couldn't take too long for that, she had to get back to work soon. Whatever, this was the chance of my life. I unbuttonned my pants. She smiled, I'm sure of that. I exposed my dick out, harder than ever, very sensible. She put her snout around it, she was very careful with the teeth, as if this wasn't her first ride with a human. And maybe it wasn't, which is why she was so confident with me to begin with. And she started sucking. It was sensationnal. At this moment, I was the happiest man on Earth. After the Mia animation that was a lot harder to work on, I wanted to make something easier. While going through my files, I came across this raptor maid model I downloaded some times ago, and immmdiatly felt in love with her again! So I went for it! A new raptor animation, I haven't done it in some times! I had a lot of fun with her, I'm glad with the way this animation came out! OPENSHOT CAN YOU STOP MAKING THE VID FLICKER

Hey Openshot can you like, not make the video flicker when I'm working on it, thanksseriously what the hell openshot i'm trying to make a video here and you're just making the footage blink WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TELLING ME anyways....It's been way too long since I did one of these, holy crap. I wanted to encapsulate my feelings about how discouraged I've felt from making videos with my OCs in them, or really any characters, for that matter. I also tried working with my Android tablet with Drawpile for this, hence the experimental label, but rendering this video is the same as always; my laptop with Openshot. Before you ask, yes. I've tried rendering this video with different presets selected within Openshot and I would either not have the intro play or it would just still flicker and IT'S SUPER ANNOYING, THIS WASN'T A PROBLEM BEFORE. I tried man, I really did, but jesus christ if I had to render this vid a few more times I woulda lost my mind so y'know what? Fuck it, I'd rather get this vid up than never have it existing in the first place. .... Maybe I'll just stick with making vids the classic way, 'ol Windows Movie Maker style. Didn't quite reach that 100% I was aiming for with the result. IDK it's because I had the dimensions of the assets be 1/2 the size and then later on resized up to be 100% instead of 50%, but like, uuuuuuuuuuughhhh this was a pain to deal with. Do I need a different video editor or something? I have zero idea man. Music is from Pixabay (don't worry newgrounds it's fair use).

Fading Stars

Reina thinks of what to do with her captive, but gets a rude interruption. KARO Notes:This was one of the most laborious eps of Vi I've done. I was hoPING to do more art for Pride Month, but this largely overtook it, but that's ok, cuz this has some brewin' yuri in it... The setting for this one was inspired by the Catscratch episode "Life Savers", where they activate a volcano. A caldera'd be a good place to hide, but a good place to entrap someone. Similar to "Bellatrix's Big Wallop", the Portalers in the PINGtreon were added in the sky, but also as murals in the caldera. Someone was drawing what they saw in the sky. Also got to show more of the Riv'a Shtyx and one of the souls being absorbed into it. And with that, I wanna have Reaper have more of a thing involving chains-- and I mean that in a very non-lascivious kind of way. This is also the most in-depth I've gotten when making the music for these, since I've gotten the full FL. I especially liked how the intro track played out, where Reina was observing Vi. There was a previous version of that one which was largely different, I'll have to dig it up and put it in the PINGtreon link with the other original files. I used alot of the same sounds used in Majora's Mask and Pikmin. Along the way, I made a track for the next Keaton short. It'll be a bit before Ep 6 starts production, since I have certain other projects to finish up that were on hold for a bit. One involving DK, aiming for a September release to coincide with the show's 30th anniversary. ~KARO '26 TO JOIN THE PILLOWFORT► https://patreon.com/CountessKARO WHERE ELSE TO FIND ME►https://countesskaro.carrd.co/ STORE►https://countess-karo-shop.fourthwall.com/

Her nails dug into his back as he thrust hard, their bodies slapping together in a primal rhythm. T'Challa gripped Ororo 's hair, tilting her head for a brutal kiss. She nipped at his lip, growling, "Faster, T'Challa." He obliged, driving into her with relentless force. Their moans echoed off the cold walls of their hidden sanctum, bodies glistening under the dim light. Ororo's breath hitched as she felt her orgasm building. She locked eyes with him, her gaze a storm in itself. "Come with me," she ordered. T'Challa's grip tightened, and he did, his release timing perfectly with hers. They collapsed, spent, their ragged breaths synchronizing. T'Challa rolled onto his back, pulling Ororo close, his heart still pounding against her ear. She nuzzled into him, a content purr rumbling in her throat. "That," she whispered, "was worth the wait."

Storm X Black Panther Doggystyle

Faux, a long dead Spirit of Vengeance released from Hell and sworn to murder all the Wetigo-infested Aristocrats in the Multiverse. Yet she shows some remaining humanity when she rescues a girl. This animation was first completed in 2017. It showed all the flaws in timing and technique of someone desperate to tell a story, but only learning the software as he went along, with no budget and therefore restricted to free software only. The biggest flaw was that the music was Bear McCreary's cover of "All Along The Watchtower" by Jimmi Hendrix. I soon learned that was impolite, and took it down. Only now have I had the resources to fix some of the major flaws and add a vivid movie background generated with the aid of SUNO.

Liam Gallagher asks the most pressing question of our time.

This initially started as a character acting exercise but I also wanted to try my hand at a hybrid 2D-3D workflow. This was my first time working extensively in Blender and hoo boy, was it a trip. I learned a lot of valuable things with this short exercise and I'm aiming to continue implementing 3D into my animation moving forward. Set close-ups and process video coming soon! Programs used:

Toonsquid (key animation)

Toonboom (2D animation)

Blender (3D set design, lighting, 1st pass compositing)

After Effects (Final compositing & motion graphics)

Audio source: "Oasis: Behind the Mirror" (1997 Documentary)

My debut cartoon, started in November 2023, now finished almost 3 years later. -Clifford

I've mostly done illustration work, but I wanted to get better at animation. This is my first finished cartoon. Animation gurus Isaac Lyons and Scott Lewis helped with several of the scenes, offering timing fixes, acting fixes, redlines etc. - Clifford

Pushing the boundaries of 3D combat with a 2.5D anime-inspired aesthetic. This project was an exercise in Body Mechanics and Cinematic Camera Choreography. I avoided the standard "smooth" 3D look in favor of punchy, key-pose-driven animation to capture that high-energy anime "Sakuga" feel.Technical Highlights:

Hybrid Workflow: Blending 3D volume with 2D timing and spacing.

Camera Tricks: Utilized opposing-motion parallax to enhance the weight and speed of impacts without relying on the graph editor.

Custom Assets: All character designs and the neon arena environment were built to support high-readability silhouettes.

Aiming for a mainstream production feel rather than just previz. Would love to hear your thoughts on the weight of the shield impacts!Software: Blender

YouTube: https://youtu.be/pRqFzqVPev4 Ya know, with how much tf2 references i've been making in the show (With the ubercharge being plot relevant) Might as well make it canon that the Groovy Dudes & TF2 take place in the same universe (Which, honestly, is quite fitting, at least in my opinion, i mean tf2 is already weirder than The Groovy dudes so who's to say that a character like Riff Rat wouldn't just be a scrapped "Scream Fortress" boss npc XD) Umm, but anyways, this is definitely my weirdest episode yet, but i had a lot of fun with it and i hope you guys are ready to see Riff Rat in more episodes, i actually have WAY more plans for him than i did with this episode, this episode was really just made to establish that he exists so that audiences won't get confused on why he's in a different episode Cause i actually had plans to do an entirely different episode, but i thought like that idea felt more like a "return" than a introduction so this was one was sort of thought of on the spot, hence why it isn't all that action packed, but i tried my best to make it funny and comedic. Special thanks to my buddy Socks_On_The_Rocks_89 for making the little zoom edit (The one where it's the observatory zooming out and into the Groovy dudes house, i didn't know how to get the flow and timing right so thx for the help XD) And that's it, thx for watching, cya in the future

I feel like I should have done more with the camera. along with the movement of the tentacles, the way they move feels off, I think its mostly the timing of them compared to the body the Leela was made by SpigNsfw and NSTATits also based off this animation by NSTAT the chest mimic was made by xylerfox

We turned Elden Ring into a 80s/90s Saturday Morning Cartoon Intro! This is a fully animated 80s/90s cartoon-style opening inspired by Elden Ring and its DLC like Shadow of the Erdtree, followed by a tie-in Elden Ring game for Super Nintendo commercial! The intro is inspired by classic shows like M.A.S.K, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Dungeons & Dragons, Captain N, COPS, and other 80s/early 90s cartoon intros. Stick around after the intro, because we added a little extra "commercial" for one of our previous videos, you can watch Elden Ring for SNES in full right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUl19SCttaM or Everything in this video was animated by hand, while we carefully tried mimicking the look, timing, and limitations of traditional 90s TV animation. --- Projects like this are only possible thanks to direct support. Elden Ring 80’s Saturday Morning Cartoon

At first glance, Angry Birds is absurd: small, round creatures with no arms, no real strategy, and an unwavering commitment to being launched at high velocity into architectural malpractice. It looks like chaos for the sake of chaos. But sit with it for a moment, and it starts to feel less like a game and more like a quiet philosophical confession. The birds are angry, yes—but their anger is focused. Purposeful. They do not rage randomly at the sky or at each other. Their fury is aimed, quite literally, toward structures that symbolize theft, imbalance, and fragile power. The pigs hide behind walls of wood, stone, and glass, believing that complexity equals security. And for a while, they’re right. The towers stand. The pigs laugh. Power appears stable. Then the birds fly. Each bird is an argument. The red bird is brute persistence: the belief that force alone can still mean something. The blue birds split themselves apart, suggesting that adaptability—becoming more than one thing when the moment demands it—is a form of intelligence. The yellow bird accelerates midair, a reminder that timing matters as much as direction. Even the black bird, who destroys itself to destroy others, asks an uncomfortable question: Is sacrifice meaningful if it guarantees change? You never launch all the birds at once. You wait. You measure angles. You accept failure. Often, the first attempt collapses nothing. The second only weakens a beam. Progress arrives not as triumph, but as cracks—tiny, satisfying signs that systems built on greed and shortcuts were never as solid as they appeared. And the pigs? They are not evil masterminds. They are complacent. They grin. They assume the past will protect them. Their downfall is not caused by genius villains, but by persistence from creatures who refuse to stop caring. In the end, Angry Birds isn’t about destruction. It’s about pressure. About how enough small, determined actions—aimed with intention—can bring down structures that seem immovable. It’s about the idea that anger, when shaped by purpose, becomes agency. The birds don’t ask if the tower deserves to fall. They simply line up, one by one, and prove that it can. (Thank you Chat GPT for the philosophical examination of Angry Birds) Also thanks for watching Youtube: https://youtu.be/Ih9JC_btTQs?si=M1AtDTT5YaQdiAjf

Hi! I’ve wanted to add something like this to the game for a long time, and a few weeks ago I finally came up with a way to implement it - which is what I’ve been working on lately. In this update, I focused on fluid behavior during object insertion into character openings 💦During close contact, lubricant naturally forms thin strands between bodies and interactive toys, dynamically stretching based on distance, movement speed, and animation timing. When contact breaks, these strands tear realistically instead of disappearing instantly, sometimes catching on other body parts or toys. You’ll also be able to adjust the amount of lubricant strands and how long they remain active in the game settings. As always, I’d really appreciate your feedback.Thank you for your support- more cool updates are coming soon! Update build info:

Added physical effects of lubrication and lubrication leakage from holes

PatreonTwitterDiscord
