HAPPY JSLOP DAY EVERYONE! After a bunch of hours of wild and health-threatening crunches, together with 2160 crew, QMG, and Jsoull, we proudly present to you MEGACOLLAB an HOUR LONG! Originally the project was born as a joke by Trumuy and Quiffer69, and it stayed that way. The idea was to make a shitpost where we'd invite a ton of different authors with one idea, the most trashy plot possible, and call it "MEGACOLLAB." But at that time we couldn't even imagine how big this shitpost would end up growing. We invited animator friends of ours, and they invited their friends, and those in turn invited their friends' friends, and that way, gathering a thread from every corner of the world, we ended up with a whole hour of animation and music.A project that was originally born from a stupid joke ended up bringing together people from the Madness community with the goal of creating the most epic Jslop possible. In the end, this project deserves a ban and all participants getting cancelled more than a prize spot in the contest, but in the end we're happy because thanks to this stupid joke we got to meet a bunch of talented, kind, and just awesome people. Maybe the real MEGACOLLAB are the friends we made along the way... The animated intro bit from my latest video about <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNKdQ1LEo_A" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">being on YouTube for 20 years</a>! This was animated over two days using a mix of FireAlpaca, Hitfilm and some photography of my smartphone! I want to get in a habit of animating little segments like this for my YouTube videos, this one was a test to see how quickly I could do that! Oh and did you spot the reference to an animated short film, right down to the sampled audio? The stock confetti asset was created by FoxGrafy Design on Vecteezy.com

Thrill-seekers are executing crimes across the city. Can Devin & Max stop them?

Omega: Episode 4 A former rival of Devin from his powerball days is involved with a notorious crime syndicate: The Triune. Officer Max Spencer, offers Devin a position on his metahuman task force. ------------------------------------------------------------------Episode 4! And we're back...8 years later! Starting development back in the Summer of 2018, I wanted a huge episode to showcase all aspects of the series. I didn't fully comprehend how big of a task that would be. Single scenes have more frames than entire previous episodes and we've finally clocked in at 30 minutes long! All animated by one person. So many life events happened in-between creating this. It's been a journey. Sound design has always been a major blind spot with the series so I wanted to spare no expense. Kyle Bird came on board pretty early in development to make it happen. Hope this was worth the wait, enjoy! ******Let me know what you think below! An overview of the work I did for the Toon-2-Tune collab, featuring Ally's New Life!

This submission was done in a month for the Toons-2-Tunes collab, where the basis was to make a 8 second long animation that followed the bassline heard in this video <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1031889">Find the Toon-2-Tunes Collab here!</a> This entire animation is based on a game I made, Ally's New Life, that you can play here on Newgrounds or download for Windows, the latter having an exclusive Profile feature that changes the game in minor but potentially neat ways. <a href="https://some-crappy-edits.itch.io/allys-new-life-lucky-day" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Check out Ally's New Life for Windows here!</a> Now, enough self promo, here is some background on the animation lol Originally, I was gonna make it more of a stickman style as I was inspired to join through midnightsausage's previous Sketch Collabs and thought that would be easier. But that ended up being the first draft of animation to plan out what I needed, this becoming the draft for the animation instead <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/592/iu_1592375_8512757.gif" alt="iu_1592375_8512757.gif" data-smart-scale="953,535"> This animation cut a lot of corners so I could get it done quickly, one thing was using the fast pace to abuse smear frames. Try pausing the animation to see how ugly they can be <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/592/iu_1592377_8512757.webp" alt="iu_1592377_8512757.webp" data-smart-scale="390,519"> Ally having a satchel is not a permanent design change, at least not in the final game, and is moreso a way to have her toss items without going into a weird flesh pocket or something lol The items are also mixed up from the actual game, as throwing an actual bottle of oil into the pot might be a bad idea though you can see it in the background, so liberties were taken with the second portion of the game's item being thrown in instead The background art was originally gonna be more detailed, resembling the idea of how Marrows' room looks like in the final game, but I decided to stay loyal to the Newgrounds/It's Your Lucky Day version as it was easier to do and not get too caught up in taking forever with this animation

Ally's Potion Short [Toon-2-Tune 2026 Submission]

Song - All Bliss (Garn47) The rules were to tell a comprehensive story though a film that's only one minute long. and i chose animation. And i think i missed the comprehensive part lol. it was very clumped together due to the 1 minute lock, but im half proud of how it came out. This is guy actually won first place in my school county for a Technology Competition. I really don't like it. at all...it could've been better to be honest. but i know people love art period, So ill post what i made. I just used Rines Story from STS, a story me and my twin brother are writing. Here's the the context. (EXTRA INFO GIVEN TO THE TEACHER.) In this Animated Music Video, about loss and new beginnings, this will be almost storyboard like with a small hint of life. its about how rine and youth end up in somewhere entirely new. the video will be hand-drawn, and the characters will vary in color to showcase main feelings and emotions. mostly purple to show how privileged Rine's life was before the war. it will also feature an absence of faces to keep the simplicity. The music will be a somber opera like music. It's All surrounding the theme of loss. ---let's be honest. This story wasn't made on the spot. But it was dumbed down in creation for this music video. It's a plot for something much larger that is currently being worked on. The reason I chose this story of mine was because of its symbolism for my personal life. Growing up me and my family were moving once every 2 years mostly during Halloween. Which led to us missing some pretty cool memories. Me and my twin brother were forced to make new friends over and over and this story kind of resembles that. Rine would be me, struggling with identity and just moving into high school, And G.Y would be my brother. Quiet, Smart. Etc. I know the loss of home more than anyone when it comes to this sort of stuff. That's why I believe this story will be great when others can relate. Even if they don't relate, It's still a pretty dang interesting story.

YouTube: <a href="https://youtu.be/pRqFzqVPev4" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/pRqFzqVPev4</a> Ya know, with how much tf2 references i've been making in the show (With the ubercharge being plot relevant) Might as well make it canon that the Groovy Dudes &amp; TF2 take place in the same universe (Which, honestly, is quite fitting, at least in my opinion, i mean tf2 is already weirder than The Groovy dudes so who's to say that a character like Riff Rat wouldn't just be a scrapped "Scream Fortress" boss npc XD) Umm, but anyways, this is definitely my weirdest episode yet, but i had a lot of fun with it and i hope you guys are ready to see Riff Rat in more episodes, i actually have WAY more plans for him than i did with this episode, this episode was really just made to establish that he exists so that audiences won't get confused on why he's in a different episode Cause i actually had plans to do an entirely different episode, but i thought like that idea felt more like a "return" than a introduction so this was one was sort of thought of on the spot, hence why it isn't all that action packed, but i tried my best to make it funny and comedic. Special thanks to my buddy <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@socksontherocks_89" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Socks_On_The_Rocks_89</a> for making the little zoom edit (The one where it's the observatory zooming out and into the Groovy dudes house, i didn't know how to get the flow and timing right so thx for the help XD) And that's it, thx for watching, cya in the future

This is seventh episode of Roasted Meatloaf, made in 2023 just like the previous one. This is also shortest and simplest of the episodes, clocking in at less than a minute as opposed to previous shorter episodes that at least lasted a little more than a minute thanks to their outro segments. This episode addresses the fact that the sixth episode skips straight to April Fools day from New Year's (the theme of the fifth episode.) It kind of prioritizes the fact that I skipped Valentine's Day, though it also mentions some other ones. I'm not really sure why I skipped from January to April, but whatever. Maybe plots for those holidays would have been too hard to think of? I guess at least it allowed me to take a break from porting episodes. The lines for the main episode were recorded all in one take. The dialogue that plays in the outro also was recorded all in one take, albeit a different take than the main episode. I probably could've thought of a better name for this episode, but whatever. Like the previous episode, the outro for this edition is now done using Blender, though Clipchamp was still consulted for some stuff. I actually hadn't typed out any credits into Clipchamp this time before switching the edition's development to Blender, but there was a weird audio syncing issue that I had kind of consulted the Clipchamp version to fix, so I guess that earns it a spot in the credits. The animation here, as opposed to previous episodes, was primarily handled by qStopMotion and did not involve screen-recording myself flipping through an image viewer. Thus, no screen recorder or image viewer is in the credits. Since pretty much the only audio here is dialogue, nothing had to be replaced for copyright reasons. However, I did still slightly tweak the audio's volume to make it a bit more audible in some parts. I think it was during development on the Newgrounds Edition of this episode that I realized I forgot to put the "Thanks for watching!" card in the previous episode's Newgrounds Edition. Oops. I guess that's all I to address about this episode here. Watch and enjoy if you'd like, or watch and not enjoy, or just not watch. Up to you.

Roasted Meatloaf S1 E7 - Not Gone, But Forgotten (Newgrounds Edition)

This is one of the video series I've been making since I first started my YouTube channel. I've been making four videos of the well-known <a href="https://piemations.newgrounds.com" rel="nofollow">@Piemations</a>' 5 am at Freddy's series since 2014. After the third video, three years later (f*ck, has it really been that long?), I decided to release the fourth and final video to complete the series here. I hope you enjoy it. 1.video:<a href="https://youtu.be/ysYg6K6jZFg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/ysYg6K6jZFg</a>2.video:<a href="https://youtu.be/qR3JW5tlsmo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/qR3JW5tlsmo</a>3.video:<a href="https://youtu.be/TzCAd8EQkH0" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/TzCAd8EQkH0</a>4.video:<a href="https://youtu.be/IVS8cWb8p7M" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/IVS8cWb8p7M</a> I hope the video gets a lot of views, maybe even reaches the second spot or the front page. I'm not sure, anyway.

Meet Chai! Maymi's psychotic manipulative shoulder angel! And her shoulder devil Paprika who didn't get the group text so she couldn't be here.Yeaaa so thought it was about time I actually got some work done on the next Welcome to Blithe Street episode. While I am happy with episode 4, I feel like its still in a weird spot, and I can't say I enjoy it like I want to. So far this series has been building up all this potential energy as I learn how to refine my art style and animations, I'm still waiting to make that episode that shows all the fruits of my practice yknow? and I think this is finally gonna be the one to do it! In this episode, Valebtimes day looms over the residents of Blithe street, it's a heartfelt nightmare! Will Maymi be able to grasp her new found romantic feelings to her childhood bestie Beas? Yeaa that's right THE ROMANCE SUBPLOT STARTS NOWWWWW Anyways yea progress is going well! I can't wait to show off more! Till next time!

Shark Tank Showdown spot

(CW: politics, child abuse, current events as of early 2026)

i dont really want to post this one to youtube. i feel like it'd be a great spot to get harassed for having the understandable opinion of not being happy about the way child abuse is being handled by the us government rn. anyway, i have a lot of thoughts on current events, especially as a survivor of child sexual abuse, but i am honestly very tired of constantly fighting against it. so i made this instead of doing something dumb to myself. i hope i'm not alone in the exhaustion, the constant re-triggering of my trauma by the epstein files stuff, and being absolutely terrified of what the government is doing to people right now while constantly gaslighting us that this is fine and acceptable treatment. i really do hope that love is stronger than hate in the end. i really do. i want there to be a world where innocent children don't have to be objects of affection for creeps anymore.

Part of the Super Mario Replayed project!

Gonna need a 1-up for that one... The scene was a nightmare to color, but a blast to animate! I started on December 11th, 2024, and finished it on August 22, 2025! The wonderful backgrounds only took me only a day and a half to finish. For this particular scene, I chose to replicate the art style of Nintendo's concept art and a fusion on how they looked in the movie! I thought it would've been cool at the time, but the coloring was a little too much to handle. For that, I did simplify the coloring just a little to make it a bit easier for me. Particularly on Peach since I knew that it would've been incredibly time-consuming drawing her and her crown. Since we're allowed to work on only 2 scenes from the movie, I'm gonna animate the next, albeit longer scene in a different style. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fun fact #1: I didn't know what I was gonna animate at first since I straight up chose my scenes blind because of their numbers. In this instance, this one is scene 261. Veterans of the channel will understand the reference. :) Fun fact #2: These two particularly interesting Toad are the exact same toads doing the same action in the movie around this time of the movie. It's a "blink, and you'll miss it," joke by Illumination, but it happens on the far left side of the screen. By the way, there's another familiar character in that photo. See if you can spot 'em!

Concept and InspirationThe idea behind Mario and the Purple Spot came from MrSeb81’s fascination with glitch art and video game lore. He wanted to explore an unusual plot point in the Mario universe, where the normally cheerful world of Mario is disrupted by a strange, unexplained phenomenon: the purple spot. The concept was to give Mario a task that felt strange but oddly relatable—much like the frustration players feel when encountering a glitch they can’t solve. Character DevelopmentMario’s character, usually a fearless plumber, was portrayed in a slightly more confused and paranoid light in this short film. Voice actor behind Mario (MrSeb81 himself, perhaps!) went for a more stressed, edgy tone throughout the video. Mario questions the purple spot’s existence, often engaging in humorous inner monologues that reflect the absurdity of the situation.Supporting characters, such as Luigi and Toad, make brief but impactful appearances, each offering their own ridiculous theories about the purple spot. These small cameos were improvised, adding a spontaneous flavor to the character dynamics. Set Design and Visual EffectsThe purple spot was no ordinary visual. In post-production, MrSeb81 experimented with glitch overlays, using vibrant purples and pixel distortions to make the spot look out-of-place in Mario’s typically vibrant, cheery environment. Using modern editing tools, they were able to give the purple spot an eerie glow that hints at something "off" in the Mario universe. Many of the sets were classic Mario worlds recreated using fan-made 3D models and custom animations. The contrast between the crisp 3D designs and the glitchy, ominous spot is one of the video’s highlights.

It's a wonderful evening to know a half-genie.

This one has been a pretty significant step up in scope and editing. Subject matter chosen by my lovely patrons. Rouge the Bat is next... assuming there is time and energy for a "next." So, about that... Desperately. My partner is disabled and stuck in the typical US legal purgatory that kills people. The job market out here for anything that'll even begin covering our bills is not promising. And here's why:</blockquote><blockquote>One pirated upload of this animation on one single website has 25k+ views and a wildly positive reception.</blockquote><blockquote> </blockquote><blockquote>If even 1% of those viewers gave me the two bucks a month I'm asking for on Patreon, my needs would be met for the foreseeable future. That's the bare minimum I need to keep doing this the way I have been. That at least keeps us housed and the lights on and the water running. I don't need it all from one person. That's not sustainable anyway. But, if I can get just a bit of help from the audience my work clearly does have, it would not only allow me to keep doing what I love for a living, but also to be at home for my wife who increasingly needs help even just getting around the house.</blockquote><blockquote> </blockquote><blockquote>Any help you can offer, including getting more eyes on this, is greatly appreciated.</blockquote><blockquote>Please support me if you can. AIRBORNE - Episode 2 - Creations

Support it on youtube: <a href="https://youtu.be/e_BNZQa4T3k" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtu.be/e_BNZQa4T3k</a> Crafted meticulously over the span of two years from 2021 to 2023, I was in a hard spot in my life (just like much of the world) and was losing my creative fire after coming off an 8 year project. I needed something to take me out of a rut and I decided to immerse myself into a passion project; something that gave me the same feeling I had as a kid just making short animations for fun. I wanted to go back to the animation that started it all for me and that was the original Genryu's Blade. For those unfamiliar, this animation was recreation of the original Genryu's Blade flash animation from 2001 (link below) which was first posted on Newgrounds and got lost to the depths of the internet. Luckily someone had reuploaded to Youtube a couple of years ago. It was a HUGE inspiration to my 12 year old self at the time and really put me on the creative course that I am on now. It proved to me that one person can create something amazing if they dedicate their time and effort to something they believe in. Now as an adult I wanted to prove to myself that I could create something of that caliber with the tools I had available. Everything you see is entirely created in Dreams (with a sprinkle of post processing), and brought to life with nothing more than a PlayStation and a PS4 controller. It's a love letter to my 12 year old self that I'm finally ready to share and hopefully every frame that I created for this animation reflects the dedication I poured into this project. Dreams allowed me to create playfully and gave many more the opportunity to do so. So this project was not only a love letter to myself but also to Genryu's Blade and Media Molecules Dreams.

Genryu's Blade - PS4 Remake

One day, Anansi was very hungry and couldn't find anything to eat.He decided to take a basket, along with a large pot, and headed toward seaside to go fishing. The Spider then made a fire for his pot and called out to the sea, "Hey Big fish come!" Huge fish came and he caught some of them, placing them in his basket.Anansi shouted "Big fish go, make little fish come!" next, scaring the big fish away. Smaller fish then came and he caught them also, placing them in his basket. Anansi repeated this until he filled both his pot and basket with a variety of fish, then sat his basket aside. Anansi spared no time cooking all of the fish he'd captured inside his pot and ate them. Anansi then collected his things once he was full and headed back toward his home, hiding his now-empty pot in a bush along the way. Eventually, Anansi met Tiger on his trek back home, and was frightened, because Tiger was very intimidating. Tiger demanded to know what Anansi had in his basket.Anansi replied in a feeble voice that his basket was empty. Tiger let the Spider go about his way, but remained suspicious of Anansi, and decided to spy on the Spider once the two had gained some distance between each other. Tiger watched as Anansi soon sat near a tree and opened the basket with the fish he'd caught earlier that day. Next, Anansi began to remove each of the fish he'd caught and gloated over them; first a yellow-tail, then a snapper, and finally, a jack-fish. Tiger then sprung out of hiding and confronted Anansi about his deception.Tiger caught Anansi in his lie and noted that the Spider had said he didn't have any fish when they'd last spoke. Anansi made an excuse, however, and said that he'd gone to take a bath after they met and caught some fish while he was out bathing. Tiger thus demanded that Anansi give him all of the fish he'd caught, and the Spider obeyed. Tiger devoured all of Anansi's fish and left only the bones for Anansi to eat, who took them up reluctantly and ate those instead. Anansi complained under his breath that all of his hard work had gone to waste and decided to spy on Tiger, planning to trick him. The two continued down the road and saw a fruit tree; knowing Tiger was greedy, Anansi remarked that there were pretty fruit in the tree. Tiger ordered Anansi to climb the tree and fetch some of the fruit, unaware of Anansi's plot. Anansi conceded.Anansi reached the top of the fruit tree and noticed Tiger was standing directly beneath him; the Spider warned Tiger that he could see lice in his hair. Tiger fell for Anansi's ruse and demanded that Anansi catch the lice for him, but Anansi told Tiger that he needed him to lean against the tree first. Tiger agreed and Anansi came down, pretending to search for the lice he claimed to have seen. Soon his scheme was successful; Tiger fell asleep while Anansi did so, because of how long it was, and the Spider wasted no time tying Tiger's hair to the fruit-tree. When he was finished, Anansi woke Tiger and toldy him that he couldn't find any other lice in his hair. Tiger demanded that Anansi capture them all, but Anansi refused to help him. Tiger tried to attack Anansi in anger but was stuck; Tiger realized what Anansi had really done while he was asleep and ordered Anansi to untie his hair, but Anansi refused to and taunted Tiger, bragging that he'd tied him like a hog. Anansi was no longer afraid of Tiger and left his rival behind, heading home. Tiger, however, was not so lucky: a hunter soon saw Tiger by the fruit-tree and killed him.Animation for my senior finals. It’s part of an install project.

The finale of episodes I worked on for Season Too of The C&H Show

So, I fucked up. I just spent a solid day and a half of my weekend assembling a bloated .fla file to try and cram the entirety of Season Too's finale into one file. Like the<a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/894864"> last attempt at this</a>, I had the rap beat and text overlayed, and that's what I spent the most time on. To find out that the file exceeded 1600 frames and it wouldn't export them in one shot. So I started trimming and trimming and trimming. Eventually deciding to discard all of the text and narrative, so it was almost entirely the episode's worth of animatics by itself. I double-checked the initial upload, Part 1, to discover that I already had the Ghost of History's Past in it, and I could've just deleted that and probably would have been fine. ...It's only going to get better from here, folks. This is worthwhile practice. For what, I'm not sure yet, but I'll know it when I see it. ---- SO! This is all of my shots for the finale of Season Too of The Cyanide &amp; Happiness Show. C&amp;H has actually started to upload the finished product of these on YouTube, so be sure to watch the actual episode here! <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Drpv9h2XKJY?si=7g9rdohYlq5z3n2-#ngq:560:315" width="560" height="315" data-smart-scale="560,315"></iframe> I had started with Explosm in October of 2015, and by the time they had me working on these shots, it was getting closer to Christmas time. I distinctly remember the holiday party at that office, and being really stoked that I was finally getting a hang of things around the Ghost of History's Future segment. Though it came with a huge learning curve, especially since this was my first professional animation job ever. As I mentioned in Part 1, Elizabeth Del Rosario swooped in and helped me a LOT with the Ghost of History's Past and Present sections. Be sure to check her stuff out, she's worked on all kinds of stuff! Hire her! She's fast as hell. <a href="https://www.elizabethdelrosario.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.elizabethdelrosario.com/</a> ------ Moving forward, I'm going to do uploads like these a little different- just to ensure I don't make a mistake like today and accidentally overlap/duplicate shots from Part 1 onto Part 2. But also, do something more engaging and entertaining than the "Adult Swim" model of black background, white text, to ambient samples. At the time that I had uploaded Part 1, I hadn't been hired by C&amp;H to work on more shorts. However, last year, I actually got to work on quite a few shorts again! They're already out, so see if you can spot them. But they're also starting to upload stuff that I worked on from Season 3. And the Season 4 stuff is sure to closely follow. My motivation now is to practice for speed in my ability to edit and compile large files like these accumulated shots and scenes together. And just to simplify things, I may make them Newgrounds exclusives. So stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes glimpses on The Cyanide &amp; Happiness show! Where as my supply of archival uploads dwindle, I'll be further pressurized and relieved to work on bigger and more original things for your enjoyment. See you soon, Vote 5, and be sure to subscribe to my Youtube channels as well! I got a little race going on against my oldschool original YouTube channel (Phobotech) versus my new one (Galneda). Who will be first to reach 2K subscribers? You could decide!
